Competition terms
GIVEAWAY – You could win a customised steel sign with names of your choosing
- Entry is open to Australian residents only.
- Entry: Send through your entry, via the entry form on our website (above form).
- Eligibility: The contest is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older, and reside in Australia. Employees of the contest sponsor, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
- Duration: The contest begins on February 7th, 2023 (6:00 AM AEST) and ends on February 13th, 2023 (9:00 AM PM AEST).
- Prize: One winner will receive a custom Valentine’s Day wall hanging, valued at $115. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable, and cannot be taken as cash.
- Entry: To enter the contest, participants must write 50 words on why they deserve this prize, and fill out the form available on the Digga website. Only one entry per person will be accepted.
- Winner Selection: A panel of judges will select the winner, based on the creativity and originality of the submitted entries. The winner will be announced February 14th (5:00 PM AEST), and will be notified via a Facebook message, within 48 hours of the contest end.
- Freight to metro addresses are included. The winner may be required to pay a freight surcharge, if shipping to a regional area.
- General Terms: By entering the contest, participants agree to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation. The winner must respond to the notification within 72 hours, or the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected. The contest sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or undeliverable entries.
- Limitation of Liability: The contest sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability for any damages, losses, or injury resulting from participation in the contest, acceptance, or use of the prize.
- Disputes: Any dispute arising from the contest will be governed by Australian state laws.
- Privacy: Personal information collected from participants will only be used for the administration of the contest, (not for any other purposes), and will be deleted once the competition has ended.
